Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Free Return Shipping For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all return costs. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

No Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees — what you paid is what you get back.

Final Sale Items Items from our [Jewelry] collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your original order for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
